Return & Refund Policy

At Flexkick, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our policy below regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped for processing. Once your cancellation request is received and verified, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing time.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

Upon approval of your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive your returned item. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your original order, the standard shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount. For exchanges, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for sending your replacement item.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeframe, please first check your bank account again. Some financial institutions may require additional time to process the transaction. If you still have not received your refund, please contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
